  1. Purchaser must be 18 years or older to play.
  2. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by BUMP, a Division of Canada Banknote Company.
  3. Ticket purchasers must be located in the province of Ontario at time of purchase.
  4. Tickets can be purchased at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation’s Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle Store at 1000 Fort William Road, Thunder Bay ON P7B 6B9 and through the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Foundation’s managed location(s) and online at the website www.cruisingforacure.ca OR www.cruisinforacure.ca.
  5. A maximum of 35,865 raffle tickets are available for purchase.
  6. The deadline for each Early Bird draw is 11:59PM EST, the day before the Early Bird draw takes place. If tickets are purchased before 11:59PM EST, the day before an Early Bird draw, those tickets will also be eligible for all subsequent Early Bird draws for the duration of the draw, and the Grand Prize (Jeep) draw on January 16th (or as specified below for each draw).
    • Draw #1 (Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle): Ticket Sales - Starting at 11:30 am on September 26th, 2025 to January 15th, 2026 until 11:59 pm. Draw to take place on January 16th, 2026 at 11:00AM. The winning prize will be a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition 4 Door; with many additional accessories and features. The Grand Prize is valued at $169,325. This draw will have three Early Bird draws, totaling $10,000.
      1. Monday, October 27th, Early Bird #1 Prize(s): (1 x $5,000)
      2. Monday, November 24th, Early Bird #2 Prize(s): (1 x $2,500)
      3. Monday, January 5th, Early Bird #3 Prize(s): (1 x $2,500)

7.       After buying, patrons will be given by the sellers, a receipt with their “Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle” registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

8.       Ticket price points are 1 ticket for $25, 3 tickets for $50, and 8 tickets for $100.The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.

  1. Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation Staff and Board of Directors, as well as family members living in the same household are not permitted to purchase tickets and are not eligible to win.
  2. Individuals associated with Doane Grant Thornton LLP in Ontario, Canada, including employees and contractors (and any immediate family members or residents within the same household), are ineligible to purchase tickets or participate in any capacity within the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle”, and are not eligible to win prizes in the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle draw(s). This measure ensures the integrity and credibility of the draw process by preventing any conflict of interest. Violation of this rule will lead to disqualification, and purchased tickets will be considered void.
  3. On occasion, the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle will utilize volunteers to assist with the processing of Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle ticket sales at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation managed locations. These volunteers are eligible to play, win prize(s) and otherwise participate in the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle, providing that their tickets are not purchased during their scheduled “shift” at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation managed location(s).
  4. Any and all current staff members of BUMP, a Division of Canada Banknote Company, including employees and contractors, are ineligible to purchase tickets or participate in any capacity within the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle, and are not eligible to win prizes in any of the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle’s draw(s). Violation of this rule will lead to disqualification, and purchased tickets will be considered void.
  5. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle draw (s):
    • Members of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre's Senior Leadership council, including individuals holding positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief of Staff, Vice-Presidents and any other designated senior executive roles within the organization (and any immediate family members or residents within the same household) are ineligible to purchase tickets, participate, or be eligible for prizes in any capacity within the Cruising For a Cure Jeep Raffle draw(s). This exclusion aims to maintain the impartiality and fairness of the draw process by preventing any potential conflicts of interest. Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate disqualification, and any purchased tickets will be deemed void.
  6. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
  7. The winner must provide his/her name, address and phone number with picture identification for our report sheet and send it to info@Cruisingforacure.ca or call 807-345-4673.
  8. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be awarded the prize. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the prize will be held until such identification can be provided.
  9. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will donated to a local charity with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)

  13. Prize Condition (No Encumbrances). The Jeep grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be delivered free and clear of all liens, security interests, and other financial encumbrances up to and including the point of Delivery (as defined below).
  14. Winner Responsibilities after Delivery. From and after Delivery, the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation (the “Foundation”) has no responsibility for any costs or obligations related to the Grand Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the winner is solely responsible for insurance, licensing and registration, fuel, maintenance, storage, parking, repairs, fines/penalties, and any taxes, duties or fees that may apply, except where otherwise required by law.
  15. Delivery & Transport within Ontario. The Grand Prize will be supplied by Lakehead Motors, who will arrange for transportation of the vehicle to any location within the Province of Ontario. The winner is not required to attend in Thunder Bay to claim the Grand Prize. Delivery timing will be coordinated with the winner following eligibility verification and completion of required documentation.
  16. Dealer/Manufacturer Support. Any post-Delivery services, optional add-ons, or warranty claims are solely between the winner and the dealer/manufacturer, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
